We are continually working to increase the benefits from our training programs. We are currently in the process of establishing the designation of “Certified Virtual Communication Specialist” through the Virtual Communication Institute (VCI). Once approval is granted all participants completing the required training programs will be awarded this designation. Our technical department is working to make this training available to all business professional via an on-line delivery system, as well as personal instruction.
